Are the tubes sold as individual units?
No, the minimum unit of purchase is one pack or box. Depending on the size of the tube, the number of tubes will be determined according to the following table:
The maximum number of tubes for an online order is 3,500. For higher orders, contact us for best conditions.
Do I need to register to make a purchase?
Yes. You will need to register when you make a purchase because all of our orders are sent with an invoice.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Between October and December 2016 there will be free shipping as a special offer on orders from the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands.
From January 2017 onwards, the shipping costs for the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands will be calculated based on the total order cost (not including VAT):
- Orders under €100: €7
- Orders between €100 and €250: €6.20
- Orders over €250: Free.
These amounts may vary depending on any special offers.
Shipping will take 5-7 days on the Iberian Peninsula once payment has been confirmed. For international deliveries we will contact you to confirm shipping costs and delivery times depending on the type of product and quantity ordered.
Can I buy items from mytubesonline.com from any country in the world?
Yes, we deliver orders anywhere in the world. However, for orders outside the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands, we will contact you after receiving your order to inform you of the shipping costs and delivery time depending on your destination and the size of your purchase.
Is it safe to buy from mytubesonline.com?
Yes. You can buy from us safely, as we are make sure we have all the resources necessary to ensure the security of your purchases and data. All the information related to your order is protected, especially any online payments made via credit card. The entire transaction takes place over a secure server (SSL) on the bank’s online platform.
2. How to make a purchase:
2.1. Search for and select the product you want:
To find the product you want, browse the different categories and sections, or filter the options to find the type of tube you need.
If you are looking for tubes of a certain size or colour, you will be able to find them using the filters or search engine.
If you still can’t find what you are looking for or you have any questions about our products, please contact us.
2.2. Shopping cart:
Once you have found the product you are looking for, choose the colour you want to see the price details, and add it to your shopping cart. This will save your product choice and you will be able to keep browsing to select other products.
You can access the shopping cart at any time, or go to the checkout, using the top menu:

2.3. Registration:
When you complete your order and enter your billing and shipping details, you should also add a password to your account. This will allow you to save your details* for future orders, access your order history and track your orders when the shipping company allows for this option.
*We will only save your shipping and billing details, never the payment details you enter in the bank payment gateway.
The data provided for registration will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Policy.
3. How to pay:
mytubesonline.com offers different payment options to make your purchases easier:
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
However, international orders may only be paid for via bank transfer, as shipping costs are added later and vary depending on the order.
3.1.Payment by credit or debit card:
The payment will go through instantly, and you can use the following credit cards:
VISA (credit and debit).
MasterCard.
3.2. Payment by bank transfer:
A bank transfer should be made for the total order amount (including shipping) to the account number shown in the order confirmation email.
It is very important to make sure to put the following in the PAYER or SENDER field: Order number – Your name and surname(s)
You have seven working days to make the transfer after having placed your order. Your order will not be considered final until we confirm receipt of payment, which means the delivery times start from this date. Keep in mind that payments made via bank transfer may take between one and three days to arrive.
4. Shipping costs
Between October and December 2016 shipping charges will be free for orders in the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands as a special offer for the website launch.
From January 2017 onwards, shipping charges for the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands will be calculated depending on the total amount for the order (not including VAT):
- Orders under €100: €7

5. Tracking your order and delivery times
Delivery times will be 5 to 7 days once payment of the order has been confirmed. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday until 7 pm, and sent to the shipping address.
If you have created a customer account to place your order, you can check your order status at any time by clicking on the link in My Account/Orders, and selecting the corresponding order. When your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you an email indicating that your order is en route to the shipping address.
6. Returns and refunds
If your order arrives in poor condition, please leave a comment on the delivery note.
The maximum deadline for product returns is 48 hours after receiving your products. You can return products and manage the return process by calling (+34) 935 704 712 or contacting info@mistubos.com
In order to return a product it should be in perfect condition and in its original packaging (including the cellophane, where applicable). Upon receipt of the goods and after checking their condition, we will refund the corresponding amount paid, either with a voucher or via the means of payment used to place the order. When returning defective products and incorrect shipments, mistubos.com will pay the shipping costs if the client notifies the company of the circumstances within a maximum period of 48 hours from the date the products were received. If the return is not due to an incorrect shipment or defective product, then the shipping costs will not be refunded, and the customer will bear the corresponding costs.
